Shipping

We ship from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, within the United States only. Orders are prepared within 1 business day, plus carrier shipping time. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace the item or refund it.

Returns

Unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened or used items cannot be returned, because these are personal care products.
